You are required to inform the company of any faults in the products within 2 working days of receiving the product. In case of any faulty printing, we will reprint the order but the money will not be refunded. Our management team goes through extensive checks to make sure that products are satisfactory. It is the customer’s responsibility to send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at their own expense for us to reprint the order.
At least 99% of the product is to be returned to qualify for reprinting within 10 business days after delivery. Urgent orders have extra charges which are non-refundable.
